MTC5 Multi-Configuration Multi-stage Ultrasonic Cleaning Lines
The MTC5 multi-configuration ultrasonic cleaning lines are aqueous systems that provides cleaning, rinsing, and drying capabilities in a number of formats such as:
- Dual ultrasonic cleaning tanks, dual rinsing tanks, and a single drying tank: Appropriate for heavily contaminated parts cleaned at higher volumes.
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, triple rinsing tanks, and a drying tank: Used for lightly-contaminated parts and when ultra-clean parts are needed.
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, dual rinsing tanks, and dual drying tanks: Appropriate when ultra-high volumes of parts are cleaned per day, eliminates the drying bottleneck.
