Low-cost Automated Ultrasonic Cleaning System
The Ultramatic NHT is a one-tank automated ultrasonic cleaning machine that cleans, rinses, and dries parts in a single ultrasonically-activated tank. Cleaning fluids are not re-used in this cleaning system, and each batch of parts is processed in fresh cleaning and rinsing fluids. This machine is perfect for:
- Medical applications which require that fresh solutions be used for each batch of parts.
- Low volume applications: This system cannot process parts as quickly as our other automated ultrasonic cleaners.
- Facilities where water consumption is not a concern.
The tank is first filled with cleaning fluid and the ultrasonic system is activated to clean parts. Cleaning fluid is drained thereafter and spray and ultrasonic submersion rinsing follows to remove all detergents. After the rinsing fluid has been drained, the drying system is activated to dry parts prior to removal.
